It is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. Intermittent fasting is the most successful & easiest weight loss and maintenance plan. This will prevent them from cutting carbohydrates too much so then having high blood sugar .

SAFE FASTING OR SAFE STARVATION;

 Intermittent Fasting, also known as Safety Onset and Time Off (TOTS)  It involves a fast consisting of consuming very little food at night in order not allow nutrients from your digestive system during feeding time! Moreover,the TOTs is when you eat between 5:00 pm – 8 PM daily throughout the day without any energy restrictions such that hunger doesn’t take hold until around 9 pm nightly. Which can be achieved by eating about 20 small meals per week each period. This includes dinner early morning Moreover, this fasting is not recommended to pregnant women.
